When JG advertised 'Rain or Shine'' Guaranteed purse, the whole interpretation is come on down because they are paying rain or shine, regardless. HMP's mistake was not having a written contract with the funds already in place. You can't run a race depending on the count at the gates. You would think the cigarette boy would know that. It appears that he is not all he thought he was when it comes to marketing. He wants to deal with the sponsors that Ms. Webb has and steal them. It doesn't work like that. Once a thief, always a thief. Ms. Webb gets out and hustles the sponsors and I don't blame her for not giving them up to the cigarette boy. He is too dumb to get them on his own.
