Subject: The Lawsuit on Joe is over Joe calling someone a racist and posting a picture of that person on his site.Well that person got pissed and filed a lawsuit and had HRG site locked down,hence HRG2 was born! I understand about having all the money before a race is ran especially when the flyer says GUARANTEED PURSE! That still don't mean that the RACERS are going to get shit.IF THERE IS NO RACE THEN THERE IS NO PURSE TO PAY OUT! Simple as that.Now if the track wants to be nice and pay the racers something for showing up that is great but they do not have to unless it is in the flyer. I guarantee you one thing If you deal with certain folks you going to get on the loosing end of the stick! Been telling you people that for years and you still cry about it when it happens!
