I can drink beers with Christians. I have, in fact. and you can keep argumenting all night that Jesus, as per the bible, said some really marvellous things. Yeah, perhaps, out of context. Perhaps out of context, Hitler said some pretty sweet things about puppies.

Okay, that's a stretch, I admit. But I'm gonna hold to my view on this one. Just because Jesus said some nice things, doesn't justify the existence, nor the power, of the church. Let's treat Jesus for that which he is: a personification of the Sun God, given a few household philosophies any man can get behind, and the added bonus promise of Paradise after Death. Sounds nice, but we can't look away from the fact that this is all still wrapped in an awful sadomasochistic fascist expansionistic xenophobic mysogynistic egocentric mess.
