In a bunch of emails that I've gotten recently (SO awesome to talk to a bunch of you again during my email Blitz on Thursday! It will continue again on Tuesday!) I got ONE question asked over and over again....

Comsie...what should I get you for
CHRISTMAS???


And, of course...nobody owes me ANYTHING for Christmas or any other day...but I only inspire feelings of rage and frustration with that answer. Hehehe! So I'm going to do something unprecedented this year...and I'm actually gonna TELL you something that I want for Christmas. You ready? Ok...

I want...ONE DOLLAR!!!

Yes...that's right. ONE DOLLAR!!! That's it! Nothing else!

If you guys donate just ONE dollar each to the site...that will be the very best present EVER, and my mom and I will have the BEST and BIGGEST Christmas that we've had in YEARS!!! Quite literally, believe me! And I'll grin all the way through until NEXT year's Christmas without asking for anything else! See? Easy!

NOW...this doesn't mean offer to send big wads of cash or anything! NO! Just ONE dollar! No more! ::Glares At Simon For A Moment:: Hehehe! (Love you, Simon!) It's a community thing, about making small moves for bigger rewards. (Much like life!) There are over 500 people on the mailing list, hundreds more on the boards, hundreds more that pop into the chat from time to time, thousands lurking in the shadows, and God knows HOW many reading the site and coming here from Nifty...so ONE DOLLAR is MORE than enough if everybody gets involved! MUCH more! So no, "Hey, I work for a big Fortune 500 company, I'm sending Comsie 100 bucks!" NOOOOO!!!! Don't! Send me a dollar, and send the other $99 to starving children or orphans or someone who really needs it a hell of a lot more than I do. It's more like a, "Hey, here's my dollar, Comsie! Thanks for another year of cool stories, And I hope you have a merry Christmas! Now that you're 'paid', you have no excuse to not hurry up with that next chapter of 'New Kid' you freakin' SLACKER!" type of thing! Do that, and I will definitely dance for you like the big gold digging whore that I am! Hehehe, promise!

So there you have it! One dollar! That's all I want! Save the rest for your own Merry Christmas/Hannukah/Kwanza or just your normal Friday night drink fest! You'll make me the happiest person in the WORLD, and I won't frustrate anybody by telling them not to get me anything! And no guilt for either one of us, see? I swear! The 'donation box' is at the top of this message board, and it's in the signature of EVERY email I send out! So send it there to the Paypal account, put a dollar in an envelope and send it to the M.O.E. PO Box, send it via Harry Potter Magic Owl, hide it in a pack of Willy Wonka chocolate, tape it to the lower back of a HOT blond teenager...however you want it to get to me, it's up to you! And that will be more than enough!

Now...I did all of my calculations, had my shack scientists check my work, re-did the calculations again to make sure my math was accurate, had Wallstreet's top analysts look over the numbers and statistics...and *IF* my calculations are correct...then you guys can put just ONE quarter (25 cents) aside each weekend, starting today...and you'll actually have ONE DOLLAR in 4 weeks time! You can send it to the Shack website or PO Box for Christmas with time to spare! And I won't even OPEN it until Christmas Eve, nor will I even see how much is in there! Promise! Matt won't even tell me! Not even if I ask, beg, or threaten him. (He might if I offer him sex though. Weird.)

So that's it! ONE DOLLAR!!! AND NO MORE!!! Do that, and it will be the best Christmas I've had since I stopped believing in Santa Claus...and trying to figure out if he was gay! Hehehe!
