You responded with full honesty (if sugarcoated) and no aversion, so I will, too. I cannot speak foe every Shacker, but I KNOW I speak for many, and we CANNOT forget you. I was like the Dustin of Untouchable (minus the sex). Without you, I may never have found the comfort I needed to confront my sexuality. I was 11 years old when I first read Leviticus 18:22. "If a man lies with a man as with a woman, both have committed an abomination, and their lives are forfeit." I have read that once. It's burned into my memory. Check Google for the New American translation; it's verbatim. In my little corner of suburbia, there was no one to turn to, and the internet showed me raunchy porn and Nifty. Your site, alone, had a REAL person dealing with REAL issues. Someone who knew what I felt, and reached out a hand. I think you do not value yourslef enough, because, were you a 700-pound amputee, I think your sweet, quirky personality, overwhelming compassion, and creativity alone make you more beautiful than any fucker who could dare to "do better" than you.
