pushing out isnt a "psychological trick".. it actually relaxes your sphincter, if you "push out" as he's trying to enter you, it happens much easier because and less painful. Pushing out opens and relaxes the reflexes so its easier to accept an incoming missile and avoid some of the initial pain and problems with tightness. There will still be pain, but the entry wont feel like a blunt log crashing into you. Push out in the same way that you would if you were taking a shit LOL It opens for an exit, it will open for an entry too.
