I may not have been a close friend, but I know the name well. my heart goes out to all of you that were close to him. I am so very sorry. Its good his the closest people to him were at his side. And that thanks to Bill, everyone close to him here can be there too. I'm at a losss as to what to say obviously. I'm just sad for the loss that everyone is experiencing.
