You might need to call your insurance company to see if they cover the damages. Then my guess would be to call a tree removal service for an estimate and have the tree removed. I'd also check with your neighbour, he might already be taking care of some of this.

This kind of thing is why I don't want to own a house. Someone ELSE can deal with that stuff, you know?
