Very cheesy, and rather creepy too.
But I bet it frightened a lot of kids into being careful.
Back in the 1970s, there were several (kinda creepy now) safety films for kids - usually played in schools.
To educate them on the dangers of various types of things, such as strangers, railway tracks, power stations and building sites.
This is like some "Lord of The Flies" shit. Ha-ha!
Which makes sense cause this would have come out not long after the original movie, and it would still have been in public consciousness.
This one's a little cheesier, but not quite as creepy.
I am pretty sure they actually played this one for us at school.
