It absolutely isn't intentional. The last update to the PHP software that runs the mail list has been a little less than stable. I just went back in and it seemed to be sitting on the last 180 of the batch to send. I kicked it, swore a few times, and told it to resume. Hopefully that gets the last one out. My next step is to let Adam loose on it. That'll fix it 🤣
