There seem to be a lot of exorcism movies popping up lately! Is that a bad thing? :P

"The Seventh Day"

What better way to end your Easter weekend than to watch a movie about demonic possession? Am I right? Hehehe!

"The Seventh Day" did throw a few twists into its plot that I didn't quite expect while I was watching it, and that always makes for a more pleasurable experience for me, personally. But the main story is pretty run of the mill in terms of exorcism flicks go. A young apprentice experiences something terrible while being mentored by an older, more experienced priest...and then grows up to mentor a young priest of his own. Trying to teach him the ropes and warn him about what to look out for as they try to help out a young boy who happened to murder his whole family. Which...you know...is a bad thing!

Anyway, it's a good film to check out if you've got some time on a Saturday afternoon or something. Or just looking to chase away some of those Covid-19 blues! Check it out! And I hope you enjoy! :)
