Subject: Believe it or not, my 21 yo came over and found a program on-line that diagnosed my problem and then fixed it! He told me that the problem was with Windows, and the downloaded program fixes Windows errors. Gawd, I WISH I was 25% as PC savvy as these kids of mine!
