I'm curious, is anyone using Vista yet? I helped PDXkaren buy a laptop and it came with Vista. But we had to jump through hoops to get it to talk to her wireless router. Apparently, there is a bug in Vista that won't let it work with some routers without using a static IP address.
So if anyone is using Vista, what do you think of it? Have you encountered any problems?

I am still getting along on 98se and hope to for at least another 6 months while they work the bugs out of Vista. My computer is nearly 7 years old but I maintain it well and it does everything I need it to for the moment. Some advice for you or others that may be force to get Vista. You need at least a gig of memory. MS says you only need a half gig and most inexpensive computers only come with a half, but you really need a gig or you'll be throwing things at your very slow computer.
