Subject: Philippines Lighthouses on new stamps issue

The Philippines has recently featured on its stamps 8 different lighthouses in the country. The issue consists of a souvenir sheet (showing 4 different light houses) and a minisheet of 16 stamps consisting of 4 setenant blocks of 4. Each block shows another 4 different lighthouses.
