This is a very late entry to this thread; but there are a number of other lights in the North Atlantic, surprisingly not all in areas where you might expect cloudless nights as a matter of course, whose heights fall within the limits of Frans' list. These are all towers of some kind. There are of course plenty of Aero lights at great heights, but they don't count, do they? The highest of these that I have noticed in the Admiralty list is on Gran Canary at 1604m (4277 feet). Imagine polishing the windows on that! Towers include:

Faeroe islands: summit of Fugloy 445m (1459 feet). It's so high that it is difficult to see even from the sea nearby!
Madeira: Ponta do Pargo, 311m (1020 feet)
--: Sao Jorge, 270m (886 feet)
Azores, Sao Jorge: Ponta dos Rosais 259m (850 feet)
Grand Canary: La Isleta, 248m (813 feet(
Tenerife: Anaga, 246m (807 feet)
Iceland north coast: Kallur, 244m (800 feet)
Azores, Corvo: Canto de Carneira, 237m (777 feet)

One should not forget either our own Barra Head at 208m (682 feet) which is nearly very high.
