The Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society has a list of world lighthouses which total some 11,522 lighthouses. They show some 66 for South Africa which are listed here:-

There are some duplications as you can see. I doubt if there is a definitive list of lighthouses as each list serves the people for whom the list was created ie the ARLHS, the Admiralty list, Russ Rowletts list etc.
For example the Admiralty list only shows active aids to navigation, whereas the ARLHS list shows historic lights and lights in museums.
