Subject: Looking for Gordon Phillips

Please help! I am researching my family tree and trying to track down Mr Gordon Phillips born 1937 in Port Talbot, South Wales, son of Joseph Phillips and Clarice Irene Billingham.

Would anyone know of him or his descendants?

He was working on/with lighthouses in 1964! in Scotland but don't know which one.
