Subject: Yes, the "pre-emptive" argument is propaganda. It was specifically advocated by Bush and Wolfowitz, among others, in the run-up to this war. See "Bush aides press case for pre-emptive strikes" in http://www.washtimes.com/national/default-200291112438.htm. Their words, not mine. And they are, as you say, faeces.
