I. SHOW CAUSE HEARINGS CONTINUED:

Cease and Correct - Jennifer McCormick property owner – Activities within regulated areas without a permit – 50 Burdick Road.

Cease and Correct - James Fournier property owner - Activities within regulated areas without a permit – 52 Davis Road.

Cease and Correct – James Martin - property owner – Activities within regulated areas without a permit – 641 Litchfield Turnpike.

PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUED:

A. Jennifer McCormick applicant/owner – Regulated “significant” activities associated with the disposition of material within wetlands for the development of pasture land –Burdick Road.

B. Frances B. & Louise Cooley applicants/owners for regulated “significant” activities involved in the site development of an 8 Lot subdivision – 154 and 170 East Cotton Hill Road.
