i have a female timber wolf in search of a new home with more room. she is fixed, but great with pups. dotaka is 5 years of age and sweet, gentle, loving person you could meet.
is there any place anyone can tell me about a sanctuary for wolves. it would be greatly appericated.

if the animal is 5 and not a problem? can you tell us why you are looking for a home?
Wolfdog rescue is over capacity. We are turning away more than 20 a day.
Many people posting here DO NOT have Wolves or Wolfdogs, and have been misled by puppy breeders who sell mutts for 500. and up.

If you truly have a Wolfdog, we urge you to do everything possible to keep it. They are family members. They would never dump you.

If it is unavoidable due to health or uncontrollable circumstances, please send photos so we can evaluate your animal and maybe help place them.
