Date Posted: 09/11/05 Sun Notice of Public Meeting The WV Division of Rehabilitation Services will hold a public meeting in accordance with provisions of the federal Rehabilitation Act to discuss a policy change. Interested parties may access and comment on this policy via the Division's website at www.wvdrs.org or by contacting Karen Otey at 1-800-642-8207 (V/TDD) or by e-mail at kareno@mail.drs.state.wv.us. The public meeting will occur on October 5, 2005, at 2 p.m. in the WV Rehabilitation Center's Cafeteria Annex at Institute, WV. To receive formal consideration, comments must be submitted in writing and will be accepted through October 5. The policy and a comment form are attached. Also, you may access the final policy from the July 7, 2005 public meeting at www.wvdrs.org.
