First, yes, I know the STUNT PERSON is the one who really fell. (Rolls eyes, LOL) But how do THEY feel after they do this all day?! I'm impressed, but not sure at what --- their bravery or their stupidity (I mean this in the best way possible). LOL

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel bad. No, I mean, the character who fell on Meltdown was not Gibbs. It's a terrorist who's dressed like him. This guy does apparently die, because he takes the fall and doesn't get back up. We're led to believe it's Gibbs, until we see he's actually up on the landing. Designed to scare the crap out of us for a second. Gibbs apparently ducked in the other direction.

As far as the stuntmen, I have no idea how they do that. Not my idea of a fun job, but I'd love faking my death by gunshot. That looks cool (ie, Split Decision, or even being in Sasha Alexander - not Kate's - position on Twilight)

Second, why on earth were you RUNNING DOWN a hill?!?!

School track meet - at the end of the day they were holding a tug of war and encouraged some of us watching on the hill to come participate. Limited room, so my friends and I ran. BIG MISTAKE!

Oh, ice is a menace. I consider myself a success when I make it through a whole year without falling. And curbs? I wiped out on one outside my bank and skinned my knee royally. It was such a treat.

But I seem to be prone to the dumbest injuries too. I once cracked my arm falling off the couch while home sick. I was wrapped up in a blanket and the phone rang. I tried to hurry to answer it, got tangled in the blankets and fell with the side of my arm striking the corner of the arm of the couch. Two days later I tripped over a suitcase and hit my other arm in the exact same spot on the corner of the wall. That one didn't get cracked, just bruised.

Re it not being Gibbs: Yeah, I figured out what you meant after I sent my message. You clarified this once before...the fact just hasn't stuck in my head, yet! LOL

Re your dumbest injuries: I'm sorry, but I laughed. I could see it in my mind, and I just laughed. I completely understand how these things happen. And I emphathize, too, if that makes you feel better. (I hope so!) I bet you got alot of grief from your friends, too.

I laugh now too when I think about it. And yes, I got a lot of grief. My aunt kept telling me "Watch out for the curb" for months after that. (Until she wiped out three separate times when going up stairs - don't worry, she wasn't hurt)

Even the doctor got in on the act. He's checking my arm and when I told him what happened he said they would need to wrap me up in cotton wool. Thanks so much!
