Subject: Since there is NBRR on (that's Nothing But ReRuns) on now because of the writers strike why dont we come up with some ideas for story lines in their place? Here's one...Gibbs finds a wallet on the sidewalk that belongs to a marine. He goes in search of the Marine but runs into a dead end ....literally. There is no proof the Marine was even in DC or that he even existed. The director gives him 24 hours to find the answer. With time running out, no clues and plenty of mystery will he find the answer?
