Subject: Michael Weatherly question ......(what else would I post about??? LOL)

So I went to Wire Image and noticed some new MW pictures from an NCIS press conference at the end of February.

I also noticed a tattoo on MW right arm. (It was hard to NOT notice, since he had evidently rolled up his sleeve to show it.)

Anybody know anything about it, like what it is, is it new or has he always had it? I'm curious.
