Subject: I want to say that he was trying to recreate blood spatter or something like that from a crime scene. If my memory serves me correctly ( which sometimes it does not :0 ) )

Fourth ep of season 1 - very good by the way. A sailor is found at the bottom of the ocean in full dress whites with weights strapped to his waist and an offiers' ceremonial sword. Kate starts asking about the sword and Ducky starts talking about why they drive on the left hand side of the road in Europe and how it allowed someone to slash at their enemy while on horseback and then does a mock slash. It's quite cute.
