Subject: JMJ coming to the show?

Has anyone heard that the actor who used to play AJ on Jag is coming to take the place of the director? I have read rumors on another board and was curious if anyone here had heard anything? After watching this week's episode, I am wondering if the director is sick since Ducky was testin blood that was suggested to be hers. I have also read that another one of the majors is leaving the show.
