Subject: NCIS

First CBS took JAG off the air and replaced with NCIS which happens to be a great show. Now if they take "Gibbs" I am not watching the show anymore. I am a retiree from the Federal Gov and worked all my career with military people - so that is why I loved those two shows.

[> NCIS came on a couple of years before JAG ended. The stories on JAG seemed to have run their course. Maybe, there could have been another season or maybe not.. Now it's NCIS's turn to be the "big brother" of the new show, The overall "franchise" of these shows has been very profitable for the PTB and adding the new show is like adding a new variety of goods in the supermarket. I have not seen anything about Mark Harmon or his character leaving the show, as a matter of fact I have seen his name in the credits as executive producer. At this time of year we are all left wondering what will become of the folks we have come to view as a sort of friend, not just on NCIS but on any of the shows that have had season finale's that were cliffhangers which were intended to keep us guessing until the new season starts up. -- LadyC, 18:44:09 05/22/09 Fri [1]

hello everyone, I too am a huge fan of NCIS and watch every episode, some several times. I was watching an episode last Tuesday where they know Agent Lee is on the take, and near the end of the episode Director Vance was talking to another big shot and the big shot made the statement that "when this opening was created, you assured me you would get your house in order" is this a reference that they intentionally messed with Director Jen and got her killed so he could get the position? and is this information in the file that Gibbs has on Vance? any thoughts from fellow NCIS fans
