Subject: Your Last Resort, LLC - Beware

 I wanted to pass the word about a resale company. Your Last Resort, LLC, in Las Vegas says that they will advertise your timeshare for resale, and will refund your money if the unit doesn't sell within one year. Our unit didn't sell, and YLR won't take or return my phone calls, let alone provide our refund.

There is no evidence that the unit was ever advertised.

Nevada law requires timeshare advertisers to refund the fee if the unit doesn't sell (NRC Section 119A). The contract also states that the fee will be refunded.

Apparently I'm not the only customer with this problem, because someone else has filed a report on www.ripoffreport.com.
