 After reading all the cases here. I have decided to stop my instalment with ACT/IRN which I have totally paid S$2800/- and prepared not to get back what I have paid.

Not sure what will be next. Any advise?

Well done. Don't pay them anymore of your hard-earned money. If they threaten u just let me know and i will help u to deal with them. Those crooks!
