 I did'nt came across as what you guys mention about scamming. In fact I did gave them the upfront of more then S$10,000 for the S$500 per week to be rent out. At 1st I'm also afraid that it mite be a scam. So i requested for an assurance letter to back me up. 3 mths later after I paid the upfront, I received calls from them requesting me to go over to their office to collect my cheque as promised amount. At 1st i thought they're trying to get me down to ask for more top-up but I was wrong. They really hand over the cheque to me. Currently I'm processing with another rental contract with them.
Btw I'm holding on to the Gold Crown Resorts membership.
Guess not all having the same problem....good luck guys.
