Subject: Asset Ink offer immediate payment how?

 Just got a call from Asset Ink claiming they have a broker who is interested in my Timeshare and a recent transaction is for $25K ( might as well buy straight from Timeshare company right?). They are willing to give me a cheque in exchange for my document on the day of appt and i can pay them their commission after that.

I called my timeshare company to verify and they advised me this is unofficial and offer to sent a staff to go with me for the appt.

I don't see a problem if i receive payment immediately unless the cheque bounce. Anyone has experience whether asset ink has to resort to issueing bounce cheque to cheat you?
