 Someone from number 6223**** called me to tell me their company is buying over 50 timeshare memberships for corporate business customers. They say there is no need to fork out any money, and they can pay up to 90% of the valuation of the membership - valuation being the total amount spent on it thus far including deposit, payment, maintenance fees etc. If the amount is valued turns out to be 10K or less they can cut you a cheque on the spot. If over that they will bank in to your account in 3 days.

Anyone encounter that?
