This is scam round 1. You cannot cancel with them because they are just agents. The resorts are the people to liase with to cancel & I don't think they want to let you cancel. 2. You go to a 2nd company (like Orion Belt & Asset Ink) to help cancel & recover your money. This is scam round 2.They have cheated you again. 3. Now a legal or paralegal firm (like Chevron Don) wants a piece of the action. If you pay them you are scammed a 3rd time. 4. You never get your money. You only pay more & more. A very vicious cycle. 5. Yes you can go to CASE & Small Claims Tribunal but it is of no use. Maybe the lucky ones they can help but the majority they can't. 6. Unless you are prepared to use your own trusted lawyer to fight for you & it may cost you a bomb again then I advise just let go..................
