 Hi all,

Has anyone here received official legal letter on behalf of timeshare company for defaulting the instalment payment?

Of late, I have been receiving threats from UP to take legal action against me for not paying the payment in full. The representatives are asking me to go down to their office to settle the issue amicably, failure of which I will hear from their lawyer. Not sure if I should go down as I'm afraid they will force/pressurise me to pay the balance on the spot.

Your advise will be deeply appreciated!
