[ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: Wed, Jun 01 2005, 14:49:09 Hi, I entered into an agreement with J & K about one and a half years ago whereby I surrendered my timeshare to them and topped up $10,000.00 in exchange for a 25-year membership in J & K Vacation Club and entiltlement to sell this membership back to them at the original purchase price after 8 calender years. However now they have vacated their office premises and though their phones still ring but no body answer the phones and the mail box is full most of the time. I left phone messages on the rare occasions that the mail box was not full, but they did not called back. They did not answer emails too. They are still listed as 'Live' in Acra.
