little old canarsie, p.s. 114, my classmates were, theresa, anna rose, marilyn, robert, frank dantona, gasper, frances,
william, vincent, josephine, regina, barbara romanelli,
class of 1947 or 1948/
does anyone remember mr. romanelli, the custodian.
the maypole, the victory garden. cooking with Ms. benton, she was so strict. music with ms. flitcroft, (to a rose, to a rose, to a wild rose, written by mcdonald). ms. leslie, mr. emma.
my sisters were margaret, rosalie, the valentis, we live down the back on 84st. and later on flatlands ave.
and 86 st.
remember our lady of miracles church, I was married there, and my children went to school there and were married there also. I left canarsie in 1989, and now live in new jersey.
boy, do I miss those good old days.
anyone out there remember............
