Just so you know (i was reading up thread)

Right on the belly button probably hurts the most.

A little above takes the wind out of you and makes you sweat the most.

Just below gets that nice "unngghhh" sound forced out of you.

However, just belly punching alone is limited. Mixed with some bondage, anal sex and other rough play, it can keep you very happy for a very long time. (just ask my wife)

P.S. I've throw literally thousands of punches. Every woman is a little different. Some need the feeling of being helpless, some need to be reminded the experience makes them wet, some need the pain, some need to feel winded or a combination of these.
