your tight engine is not going to fail dramatically so in my opinion, if you are not going to do the job 100%, then wait till you have to do a top end overhaul.

If you just dremel the nuts in situ then you are not going to know if the nuts are till 'self locking' and you are not going to true the base of the nuts. These actions are just as important as chamfering.

Of course Jabiru say do it at overhauls but you should read between the lines of this recommendation.
