The Green Room is my fave as well. The food is great, as Linda says, but I also love the atmosphere. It is sort of 60's Coffee House, only so far, without the Folk Singers.

Now you may want to notice that on this, arguably the most conservative blog in Connecticut, you see recommendations for a "hippy" restaurant, and one that would probably be considered a liberal hang-out. Actually I don't know the politics of Sharry, and I don't care. She is a fabulous chef. In any event, as one of the world's few Conservative Vegans/Card Carrying PETA members, I can certainly recommend this place to everyone.

But if I see Malloy eating there, I'd probably walk out despite the great food.
