I am not from Philly, but I went to Penn, so I lived there for four years. I loved Philly. Nicest city I lived in in the USA. (New Hartford is not a city.) I am still a Phillies and Eagles fan. I also used to go frequently to the old Convention Center and watch Wilt Chamberland and Bill Russell square off. Those were the days.
