NEW HARTFORD — The second-to-last New Hartford Farmer’s Market is on Friday from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Pat MacDonald Band of New Hartford will perform.

A New Hartford Non-Profit tent, hosted by St. John’s Church, will be at the event.

The late summer crop will be sold, as well as winter squashes, pumpkins, apples and other produce.

The last farmer’s market will take place on Friday Oct. 8 from 4 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Nathan Day of New Hartford will perform.

Another New Hartford Non-Profit tent will be there, hosted by the New Hartford Woman’s Club.

The New Hartford Farmers Market will give out a “FARMY” award to an outstanding supporter of the market and the ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The Farmers Market Sudoku Quilt, which was a gift to the market will be on display both Fridays, weather permitting. The quilt will be raffled off on Dec. 4 at the Holiday Marketplace event, and tickets may be purchased for two dollars each or three at the price of five dollars.

The New Hartford Festival of the Arts will take place on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m.
