“Deep Throat & LeGeyt Gate”; Thanks to Mr. Hall, Treasurer. With his typical style of a soft and gentle engagement approach, he turned tiger when he called Earl’s bluff. Earl played his hand and when he showed his cards, he had nothing, not a pair, a flush or a straight. All he had was the royal red-flush on his face of embarrassment. Through the tenacious investigation of Mr. Hall’s audit, he uncovered the wrongdoing of the First Selectman and put it out there publicly so the parties of interest could see, read and understand the facts at hand of the lies and deceit. Smelling a rat and being fed-up with the ongoing lies and deception, Mr. Fitzgerald, finance board member, turned pit bull by finding the underlying facts around “Deep Throat & Brodie Gate” and forcing the exposure of the true picture.
