Weather or not 'Facts" is Bart is irrelevent. David, you say you want to "hear his side of the story"?
Me too.
I was at the joint BOS/BOF meeting at the Sr. Center when Earl walked out and left the entire room sitting on thier hands.
Earl has not answered any number of questions including why were these now defunct agreements taken to Winsted to be notarized by a well known Republican big wig instead of being walked down to our own Town Clerk for notarization?

Why when asked if there was a deal, at a public meeting did he deliberately lie and say there was no deal?

Earl has now said he is not going to answer any more questions. Really?
I have emailed him, I have spoken to other Republicans and no one is getting any answers.(I never really thought he'd answer my email)
Fairness has been offered by any number of people to have his side of the story be told.
He simply pushes thru not caring about anyone or anything. Now he claims if he can't run as a Republican he will run as an "I"ndy, as if that has got a shot.

Let's face it, like Senator Spector, Earl has gone into defense mode, and by vistiting the well of self indulgence too many times, he has run out of wiggle room.
Self preservation of his job is all he must be thinking about because he's not doing much else.

Not talking to the press might be one thing, but being unwilling to talk to the taxpayers or the very Party that put him in office seems beneath contempt.

Transparency indeed.
A good resignation is all that we will need to solve this problem.

>No, Bart, the problem is that you jump to judgment too
