Not much different from the Communist system. Ask a Cuban who made it to this country.

And if you want rational, talk to the congressmen who just voted for this and ensured that they won't be reelected.

Besides there is a huge legal challenge mounting to this idiotic bill. At least 10 states are going to sue as soon as Mr Big signs the bill.
