Subject: Is it True the WWTP / WPCA now need another one million?

Anyone know if this is true? The plans need to be tossed out and the wpca and selectmen now need only 250,000 gallons. This referendum will be null as it is for 400,000 gallons. How did this get screwed up again? is it true
