All I can say to you is that you have no idea what real work is. Normal people don't get two-month summer vacations and our work days are longer than 9 to 3. We don't negotiate larger-than-life salary increases and use a union to negotiate how few hours we work. And anyway, I would hardly call spending time and teaching young children "slaving away." I guess you really don't like your job - you must be in it for the paycheck and "July and August"! Ha!

Hey, I should cut you a break. Shouldn't you be "teaching" right now rather than piddling around on the internet to try and defend the greed of New Hartford's teachers?

Like it or not, the residents of New Hartford are entitled to their own opinions about you and how you rigged that town meeting on your contract. It will go down in history as the stupidest thing that ever happened in this town.
