Why so negative? Mr. Zitzkat is trying to be helpful. Moving to Canada would be the best thing he has ever done for New Hartford. I pledge to contribute $50 toward the cost of his bus ticket. If we all chip in, we can make New Hartford a better place. Yes we can.
