Subject: BOF Meeting Nov 12 on Phillips Pharm

On November 12 Phillips Pharm will again raise its ugly head. The BOF is supposed to send it to referendum. We need to show up to oppose this. This turkey has been dragging on for, what is it now, two years? I don't know exactly when it started, but it's been a while. And the WWTP will also be discussed and sent to referendum. All you people who come to this forum should show up and oppose this. Now may be your chance to actually do something constructive.
