The 3 boards approved a joint resolution endorsing a draft plan/projection that would lead to a roughly 60/40 split between users (current and future) vs. the town overall in funding the Waste Water Treatment Plant upgrade. Earlier in the meeting the boards were unable to agree on a more specific joint resolution that would have committed the WPCA to adjust user fees/connect charges as needed to maintain the 60% user funding target.
