I don't get why people live in rural places if they want a suburban or urban environment. Why should the people of New Hartford stand by idly whilst developers and their supporters convert the town into another Canton, Avon, or Simsbury?

Instead of complaining, just move south or southeast a town or two. Then you can have all of the sprawl your little heart and mind desires.
